  • How do I reserve a unit?

    Yes — you really own the unit. When you purchase a Florida Premier Garage Condo, it is 100% yours, just like buying a residential condominium. This is not a lease, not a rental, and not a long-term storage agreement. You hold full ownership of your garage condo, giving you control, equity, and the long-term security that comes with owning real property.

  • Do you allow businesses to operate from the facility?

    No. Our garage condos are intended for private, personal use only. Business operations, retail activity, or commercial services are not permitted on-site.

  • Are there monthly fees?

    Yes. A small monthly association fee covers shared expenses such as water, lawn care, facility maintenance, security systems, and gate upkeep. This ensures the property remains safe, well-kept, and fully operational for all owners.

  • Do owners have 24-hour access?

    Absolutely. As an owner, you’ll enjoy secure 24/7 access to your unit through gated entry points — so you can come and go on your schedule.

  • What kind of security does the facility offer?

    Security is a top priority at Florida Premier Garage Condos. Each facility is fully enclosed with 6-foot fencing, features two gated access points, and is equipped with high-definition security cameras monitored remotely by owners. You may also install additional personal security systems within your unit for added peace of mind.

  • Are the walls between units solid concrete?

    Yes. All facilities are built with 100% masonry walls — including all interior walls — providing a 2-hour fire rating between units. This all-masonry design enhances fire safety, delivers superior sound insulation and security, and is engineered to meet Florida’s strict building codes to withstand just about anything Mother Nature can deliver.

  • Are the units climate controlled?

    Yes. Each unit includes its own individually controlled mini-split air conditioning system, allowing you to manage temperature and humidity to protect your vehicles and valuables year-round.

  • What sizes are available?

    Units vary by facility but generally range from 24 to 33 feet wide and 52 feet deep, with 14–16-foot-tall insulated garage doors for easy access. Each facility’s page lists current availability and dimensions.

  • What utilities are included with my unit?

    Each garage condo includes 100 AMP electrical service, a 50 AMP outlet, multiple double outlets, and bright LED lighting. Every unit has its own electrical meter, billed monthly to the owner. Water and sewer are included as part of the POA fees, and each unit also features WiFi access, a laundry sink, and a water spigot for added convenience.

  • Can I customize my garage condo?

    Yes, within certain design guidelines. Many owners personalize their spaces with storage systems, vehicle lifts, cabinetry, flooring, or décor. Our team can review customization options during your consultation.

  • Is financing available?

    Yes. We can connect you with preferred lenders familiar with garage condo ownership. Financing terms vary, and we’ll be happy to provide information tailored to your situation.
